Joseph Lee

CPV, AAPI, LEA

Principal | Senior Valuer | Property Adviser

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a Graduate Diploma in Property (Distinction). He is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV), Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and Licensed Estate Agent (LEA).

He has more than 20 years' property valuation and consulting experience, commencing in 2003. Prior to establishing ValuConsult, Joseph gained experience with established property valuation practices, including as an Associate Senior Valuer undertaking valuations for banking and finance purposes.

His valuation experience spans residential, commercial, industrial, retail, land and specialised properties, together with development feasibility and other property consultancy assignments.

Before entering property valuation, Joseph held senior management and executive positions in Malaysia and Australia across manufacturing, trading, import-export, distribution and retail businesses, including multinational and publicly listed organisations. His roles progressed from sales and project-related positions to General Manager, Executive Director and Managing Director.

This earlier commercial and management experience, together with his background in civil and geotechnical engineering and building and construction materials, provides a broader perspective that complements his property valuation and consultancy expertise.

John Katsis

CPV, AAPI, AAVI

Associate Senior Valuer

John is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) and holds professional memberships with the Australian Property Institute and Australian Valuers Institute. He brings extensive property valuation experience across a broad range of residential and commercial property assignments.

His earlier professional experience includes approximately 10 years in banking and finance and around 7 years with a legal practice specialising in mortgage lending, conveyancing and commercial property transactions. He subsequently spent approximately 9 years working alongside the Director of a Melbourne property valuation practice before joining ValuConsult.

John's valuation experience includes family law and matrimonial matters, retrospective valuations, insurance valuations for Owners Corporations, development and construction projects, and pre-purchase and pre-sale valuations. His broader banking, finance and legal-property background provides additional perspective when dealing with property matters involving financial or legal considerations.

William Lee

CPA (Fellow), CFA, MBA

Business and Financial Adviser (Financial Markets & Property Development)

William is an experienced business and financial adviser with professional qualifications spanning accounting, finance and business management. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a CFA charterholder and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

His professional experience includes financial analysis, business advisory and property development, bringing a commercial and financial perspective to property-related matters.

Within ValuConsult, William's expertise complements the property valuation and consultancy capabilities of the broader team, particularly where assignments involve financial, business or development considerations.

Victor Lim

BSc (Hons) Est Mgt, DipBS, MRICS, IRRV, MISM, MICM

Consultant Valuer & Adviser (Retail)

Victor is an experienced property professional and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), with more than 34 years' experience across property and retail-related activities.

His professional background encompasses property development, property management, retail operations and property advisory, providing extensive practical exposure to commercial property and the broader property industry.

Victor's depth of property and commercial experience complements ValuConsult's valuation and consultancy capabilities, particularly in matters requiring broader property, development or operational insight.
