Excellent Property Services since 2008

Commencing operations in 2008, ValuConsult(Aust) initially provided primarily property valuations and some property consultancy services throughout Metropolitan Melbourne and beyond some of its outer fringes. In the first half of 2016 her sister firm ValuConsult & Associates took on some of these services, hence relieving the Principal of ValuConsult(Aust) to expand into Advocacy services.

Our valuation reports have been used by the courts and government departments such as the Family Court of Australia; Federal Magistrate Court of Australia; Supreme Court of Victoria; Australian Taxation Office; State Revenue Office; Centrelink; and Department of Immigration and Border Protection (now under the Department of Home Affairs). Many accounting and legal firms have also used our services, so have developers, builders, real estate agents and numerous individuals.
